I'm Kirsten

I believe in honest moments, sleeping in on Sundays, and quality time with the ones we love; in images that remind us there is joy in the small things. I believe in gallery walls that remind you of your "why" every day you look at those memories in print.

I began capturing images at a young age - Kodak film cameras were my go-to! - but I began my practice with digital photography toward the end of college. After a summer studying in Denmark, I fell in love with architecture and lifestyle photography, which translated to portraiture and weddings.

When I pick up my camera at every event or portrait session, I can't help but smile at each person I photograph. I look for moments of raw emotion and see our human imperfections as beautiful.

Through the highs and lows, your life, your story, is beautiful and it's an honor to create emotional images to highlight that!

California.
The wildly beautiful golden state I'm blessed to call home.”

Born and raised in California, I studied at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, then married my husband Stetson. We feel so blessed to live on the Central Coast and raise our family in this beautiful place.

My love for photography developed after traveling to Denmark during my final year of university. I quickly learned photography was a passion of mine and an art form that continues to inspire me. Since then, I've traveled throughout California documenting memories for the sweetest couples and families.

Kirsten is kind, professional, extremely talented, approachable, and allowed us to be ourselves, which showed in our photos.

WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING

Justin & Kristina

Paso Robles, California WEDDING

IF I HAD TO DESCRIBE THIS BUSINESS IN THREE WORDS, THEY WOULD BE TIMELESS, natural AND Heartfelt.

Snuggling on the sofa with my boys
(messy bun and all)

Nothing makes me happier than sleeping in on Sundays, enjoying slow mornings at home with my fam, and actually sipping hot coffee before the day begins.

Enjoying fellowship with our local church family

02/04

On a rare occasion, we'll actually make it to the early service on time. I truly aim to make Sunday a day of worship and rest so we have energy to work hard and pour into others throughout the week.

Exploring the beauty of the Central Coast

There's always a new trail to hike or a favorite beach that sounds fun for a family picnic. Stetson and I are doing our best to treasure experiences over things and protect this value in our family.

Shopping as a family and meal prepping for the week

Honestly, this has become a fun outing for us as we plan our meals for the week and make sure we are organized. It's nothing glamorous, but it really helps to begin our week with a fresh start.
