I'm Kirsten

Hey there! I'm Kirsten – an artist, surface pattern designer, and photographer with a passion for capturing beauty in everyday moments. I started with portrait photography, finding joy in telling stories through light and composition. Along my creative journey, I fell in love with surface pattern design, blending painterly textures and natural colors to create meaningful designs for brands and homes. Whether I'm behind the camera or crafting a new pattern, my goal is to make something that feels personal and timeless.

I began my practice with digital photography toward the end of college. After studying in Denmark, I fell in love with architecture and lifestyle photography, which translated to portraiture and weddings. I now blend my graphic design and photography experience to make heartfelt patterns and art.

Born and raised in California, I studied at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, then married my husband Stetson. We feel so blessed to live on the Central Coast and raise our family in this beautiful place.

My love for photography developed after traveling to Denmark during my final year of university. I quickly learned photography was a passion of mine and an art form that continues to inspire me. Since then, I've traveled throughout California documenting memories for the sweetest couples and families.
